- IFT Update - Order Reconciliation Requirements
As of August 18, 2026, certain orders will no longer need to be reconciled during the Inter-Facility Transfer (IFT) process, including Goals of Care, bridging medication, and conditional discharge orders. These will clearly be marked under "Orders Not Needing Reconciliation" section of the D/R Orders tab (click the camera icon to see a screenshot).
