- Exceptional Care Plan Notes - Editing Changes
As of January 26, 2026, access to Exceptional Care Plan (ECP) notes will be changing, where all clinicians with the ability to create an ECP will have full ability to edit/delete ECP notes authored by other users. This change primarily affects non-prescribers as prescribers have previously had these editing abilities. The change will enhance accuracy of the ECP and improve efficiency and coordination for teams managing these plans.
