- Lab Results Review Update – Hematology, Coagulation, Immunology, Pathology
As part of the Results Review Tree Optimization Project, as of October 20, 2026, the Hematology, Coagulation, Immunology, and Pathology folders will be updated and reorganized, making it easier to find results of tests that fall into these folders. The most significant changes have been made to the Hematology folder, which will be organized with Hemoglobin at the top of the CBC section and WBC at the bottom (click the camera icon for a screenshot).
