- Change for Clinical View Only Secure Chat Attachments
As of October 8, 2026, users with a Clinical View Only with Basic Reporting role will no longer be able to attach patient charts to Secure Chat messages, to ensure this role remain view-only as intended. If this negatively impacts your workflow, please submit a ServiceNow ticket so the team can review and address your needs.
