- Endoscopy Update - Trauma Informed Care
As of July 23, 2026, Endoscopy units now have a "Trauma Informed Care" section in the Preprocedure navigator. This allows staff to ask about and document sensitive information related to the patient’s well-being during endoscopy procedures. Once documentation is complete, an Our Practice Advisory (OPA) will trigger for the current visit, including in the performing prescriber’s Pre- and Postprocedure navigators.
