- Updates to Bone Marrow Exam
As of July 9, 2026, the following updates will be made to the Bone Marrow Exam (click the camera icon for a screenshot):
- Bone marrow specimen source questions have been consolidated into one order-specific question.
- A laterality question is now available (with selections "Unilateral" or "Bilateral"), which will automatically populate the sources in the correct order.
- New left and right Bone Marrow Biopsy sources have been created to make the source selections consistent for both aspirate and biopsy.
