- Anesthesia Update - New Delete Documentation from Deleted Record Chart Correction Tool
As of May 26, 2026, a new Chart Correction Tool, "Anesthesia - Delete Documentation from Deleted Record", will be made available to Anesthesia users. This tool will allow users to delete incorrect documentation (e.g., medications from the MAR, LDAs, flowsheet entries) from a record that has already been soft-deleted.
