- New Mental Health Act eForms
As of March 24, 2026, two additional Mental Health Act (MHA) Forms will be available within the Consent & eForms Navigator, allowing Connect Care users to leverage these eForms instead of the paper equivalent and streamline documentation processes:
- Form 23: Community Treatment Order Apprehension Order
- Form 24: Community Treatment Order Examination on Apprehension
