- Enhancements to Medications in Anesthesia Procedure Notes
As of November 25, 2025, to improve documentation of medications administered, ordering workflows, and clinical utility, medications in the following Anesthesia Procedure Notes will be updated to have a default dosage unit and route of administration applied:
- Epidural Block
- Combined Spinal Epidural Block
- Eye Block
- Pediatric Neuraxial Nerve Block
- Regional Nerve Block
- Spinal Block
