- PRDSRO Icon Update
During a downtime, a “Support Read Only” (PRDSRO) clinical information system environment remains available for care continuity, providing a read-only view of patient chart information as of the start of the downtime. As of April 26, 2023, the PRDSRO icon will look slightly different, with a lighter border added around it, to differentiate it from the regular PRD icon. Note that the icon may be named “PRD – Downtime” in the desktop menu.
