- SMAT Changes in Pediatric/Neonatal Order Sets
As of November 19, 2024, any medication (ERX) records that had a defaulted standard medication administration time (SMAT; aka scheduled or SCH) on pediatric and neonatal order sets will be converted to a non-SMAT frequency to align with change made to the ERX records in June 2024. Personalization made to those medication records within the affected order sets will have personalization removed.
Please pay close attention to the banner that appears upon opening the order sets for the first time after this date, as it will identify the medications affected so they can be re-personalized (click the below camera icon to see an example banner).
