- New Order Panel for Admitted Patients on Hemodialysis
As of April 30, 2026, there will be a new order panel that should be used for admitted patients who are on hemodialysis and require antibiotics for suspected or confirmed catheter infections, "Common Antibiotic Dosing During Intermittent Hemodialysis" (click the camera icon for a screenshot).
