- Updated Cyclophosphamide Rheumatology Inpatient Panel
As of April 14, 2026, the Cyclophosphamide Rheumatology Inpatient Panel has been revised to address identified clinical integrity issues, including incorrect or unclear dosing and administration instructions. Updates to the panel support safer, more consistent inpatient use and include:
- optimized and corrected medication doses;
- added protocol appropriate maximums;
- clarified PRN and pre-medication ordering; and
- reorganization into clear EUVAS and Euro Lupus protocols.
