- Continuing Care Update - Renaming of LTC Admission Order Sets
To align with updated provincial terminology and provide additional clarity around Continuing Care order sets, as of July 28, 2026, the following long-term care (LTC) admission order sets will be renamed:
- Long Term Care Admission will be "Continuing Care Home Type A and Type B Admission – with inpatient orders and ePrescribe (fax)"
- Supportive Living and Long Term Care with Contract Pharmacy Admission will be "Continuing Care Home Type A and Type B Admission – with community pharmacy"
