- Nicotine Order Tool Updates
In collaboration with Pharmacy, the Tobacco, Vaping and Cannabis team has completed a review of the nicotine-related order tools in Connect Care. As a result, between March 24 and 31, 2026, updates will be made to these tools to ensure alignment with current clinical standards. These revisions include changes to order panels that are embedded within other inpatient order sets. After March 31, users may need to review and update any personalized versions of these components.

- Alignment of links across order tools.
- Alignment of orders for "Tobacco use greater than 25 cigarettes per day".
- Additional referral option for HealthLink/AB Quits.
