- MyChart Antenatal Synopsis Report for Pregnant Patients with Hypertension, Edmonton/Calgary Public Health Antenatal Programs
As of October 21, 2025, Public Health Antenatal programs in Edmonton and Calgary will begin using the Public Health Antenatal Community Program MyChart Care Companion care plan for identified pregnant women with hypertension. Both inpatient and ambulatory users who care for this population will be able to see information submitted by patients (e.g., blood pressure readings, fetal movement counts) in two places in Connect Care:
- In the "Synopsis" activity - search for the MyChart Antenatal report (click the camera icon below for a screenshot) and use the wrench to ensure the view always displays.
- In the "Chart Review" activity in the "Episodes" tab, labelled as "MyChart Flowsheet" in the "Type" column.
