Med Pass Nutrition Orders Replaced with NutraPass Orders

• Med Pass Nutrition Orders Replaced with NutraPass Orders

As of September 16, 2025, Med Pass orders will be replaced with two NutraPass orders: NutraPass: Ensure Advance and NutraPass: Resource 2.0. Order sets will be updated with the new orders and defaults maintained, and the old Med Pass orders will be automatically removed from preference lists. Relevant synonyms are also set up to guide users to the new orders.

Prescriber actions for this change:

• Favourite the new NutraPass orders to add to preference lists. 
• Delete any active Med Pass orders and enter NutraPass orders.
