Completed and scanned MHA Forms can then be viewed and printed from the MHA section, and their status can be reviewed and updated there as well.
- Mental Health Act Forms in Consent & eForms Navigator
As of July 13, 2023, a new Mental Health Act (MHA) section will be added to the Consent & eForms Navigator (formerly known as the Consent Navigator), accessible via the patient Storyboard. The MHA section will include:
- Five digitally fillable and signable MHA Forms (1, 2, 2.1, 3 and 6). These forms can now be completed and signed directly within Connect Care, with no need for paper forms.
- Buttons for scanning all other MHA Forms, including ones received from external sources. (Note: MHA Forms can continue to be scanned in using the Media Manager.)
